We're looking for motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable folks to join our team. If you want to be part of a growing team with a great culture that provides lucrative earning potential, this is the place for you!Compensation & BenefitsOn Target Earnings: $85,000-175,000Health (with a fully company-paid option), dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with company match40 hours PTO + 48 hours Sick Time Off6 Paid Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday in your birthday monthCompany vehicle and gas cardCompany-paid cell phone and tabletResponsibilitiesServicing customer homes within the Denver metro and along the Front RangeTroubleshooting and diagnosing customer issues to identify the root cause of their problemWorking alongside and coaching HVAC Service ApprenticesCommon Job types include:Disassemble and clean HVAC systemsPerforming routine maintenance on residential furnaces and A/C unitsCertify HVAC systems according to both company policy and state and local lawsCommunicating with customers and vendorsOrdering consumables and maintaining company equipmentPreferred QualificationsPrior sales or upselling experienceExcellent problem-solving and customer service skillsRequirements1 year of residential HVAC experienceEPA CertificationWillingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal lawValid driver's license with a clean driving recordSchedule: M-F, every other Saturday. 7 AM - 5 PM. 1-week on-call nights approximately every 8 weeks.Location: 16360 Table Mountain Pkwy, Golden CO 80403#COFIHVACby Jobble
