Our platform replaces convoluted workflows of glued together CRM's, spreadsheets, surveys, forms, bank portals, and human tedium with one unified platform to allow organizations to operate more efficiently and get dollars directly into the hands of people who need it most. We specialize in serving hard-to-reach populations, including the unhoused, the undocumented, and the unbanked. AidKit powers some of the nation's largest direct cash and guaranteed income pilots. We've delivered over $160 million in direct cash aid to more than 75,000 individuals, with an additional $100+ million in funds committed. ROOTED IN PHILANTHROPY AidKit grew out of the Left Behind Workers Fund, a program that has delivered tens of millions in direct aid to workers without documentation in Colorado. We built a series of features and automations to accelerate impact and efficiency in the program and soon began receiving inquiries from other organizations looking to overcome the many challenges programs face when trying to deliver cash assistance. In 2021, AidKit launched to enable emerging direct cash and guaranteed income programs across the country at scale. Today, we are powering over 30 cash programs across the United States, including serving as the third-party administrator of Colorado's -Benefit Recovery Fund, the first unemployment assistance program for undocumented workers in US history. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a talented Senior Program Manager to lead program implementation for some of the largest direct cash and basic income programs in the nation. Your role will require you to:

• Drive the direction of the overall program lifecycle, assuring that all aspects of AidKit are being used correctly and effectively by partners and recipient, that the assistance dollars are reaching recipients in a timely manner, and that reporting and reconciliation processes are completed.
• Build and manage lasting relationships with our key government and non-profit partners.
• Collaborate with our customers, partners, and the AidKit technical team to design and build the tools to support financial assistance programs
• Take responsibility for ensuring accessible design and dignified user experience by performing user experience testing, gathering and implementing feedback from stakeholders, and translating program needs to our software engineers
• Manage the program using data driven decisions using data analysis and visualization tools
• Drive resolution of critical issues for customers, partners, and beneficiaries, including root cause analysis and course corrections resulting in more efficient program implementation

  • You are driven, deliberate, and analytical
  • You are a team player and you know when to ask for help
  • You have a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience in program management or a masters' degree and 3+ years of professional experience (assuming relevant coursework). We will also consider those with equivalent experience.
  • You have experience working with or for nonprofits, NGOs, or in the human services sector. Bonus if your background include delivering services to vulnerable populations domestically or internationally
  • You have a proven track record of managing multiple programs simultaneously
  • You have previous experience implementing technology to meet program needs
  • You are tech-savvy; comfortable with data and databases
  • You are outcomes-oriented and able to manage a variety of internal and external stakeholders to keep programs on schedule and deliver results LOGISTICS AidKit is a fully-remote workplace with virtual headquarters in Colorado. We are a team of 22 (and growing!) who work remotely from places like D.C., Denver, Seattle, Philadelphia, Portland, and more rural parts of the country. This role is open to qualified candidates living and working in the contiguous United States on Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern timezones.
