Job Description:
The Lead Superintendent's job is to provide on-site coordination
for all phases of multiple construction projects. This may include
coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, and proceeding
on schedule and within budget. This position will focus on
multifamily projects in the commercial construction industry.Client

high end multifamily projects. This is a Denver, Colorado based
role.DescriptionKey responsibilities for the Lead Superintendent
include
- Running/managing multifamily project from start to finish
- Overseeing Subcontractors and full construction project on a
daily basis
- Coordinating subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and
suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
- Establishing and maintaining an effective and professional
onsite working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting
Engineers and other parties related to the project.
- Enforcing a safe work environment, practices and culture on the
project.This is a Denver, Colorado based role.ProfileThe Successful
ApplicantLead Superintendent must have the following:
- GROUND UP CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Wood frame Multifamily experience required- 8+ years
experience.
- Podium build multifamily experience preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in the construction industry as a
multifamily construction superintendent
- Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.Job
