Job Description Job Description Audit Senior We are a midsize CPA firm of about 30 employees. We are headquartered in south Denver and another full office in Tulsa, OK. We also have satellite offices in Colorado Springs and Boulder that have multiple people working out of each. We predominantly work with higher education, non-profit, and government entities for now. Although, our tax and audit practice is growing quickly and expanding into new verticals including construction, real estate, and manufacturing clients on the for profit side. We have a fast track for growth where you work directly with a partner to learn leadership and complex situations from an early point in your career. We are looking for individuals with public accounting experience that want to grow and become a prominent leader in the firm. What You Need for this Position At least 2 years of: Public Accounting Experience External GAAP/GAAS Audits For Profit Entities Non-Profit Entities Goverment Entites CPA Eligible CPA Licensed Preferred What You Will Be Doing Preparing Financial Statement Audits Reviewing Colleagues' Audit paperwork Working closely with clients as main point of contact Obtaining all necessary information and documents for audit Helping uphold company policies and best practices Overseeing and mentoring junior accountants Benefits Base Salary: $70,000-$110,000 Full Medical, Dental, Vision PTO - 3 weeks starting Annual Bonus 5-10% Paid OT at senior level 401k w/ 3% match Capped Busy Season Hours - 55-60hrs Summer Hours Loose Hybrid Schedule - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
