What You’ll Gain Experience In: Training & Onboarding Comprehensive introduction to Monarch’s systems, operations, and business model On-Site Property Experience (Up to 3 months – housing provided) Live and work at one of our apartment communities Gain real-world insight into property operations and resident experience Accounting & Financials Learn financial reporting, budgeting, and core accounting processes Corporate Services & Data Analysis Use data to influence business decisions and drive performance Marketing Analyze campaigns and help optimize marketing strategies Project & Asset Management Partner with Asset Management teams on key initiatives and special projects ?
