Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant in Commerce City, CO

Full Time - Direct Hire

Pay Scale: $18-$20/hr DOE

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm

Ripple Effect Consulting is looking to hire a Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant for our Commerce City office! Come join a fantastic firm that has been in business for over 30 years in the front range. We are seeking a hard-working individual who has a passion for organization and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with Clients, Technicians, and Project Managers both in person and over the phone. Job Duties:

Answer the Phones


Projects Assistance/Coordination

Inventory Reviews

Reports and Auditing

Create and Maintain Social Media Accounts

Overall knowledge of clerical duties


Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office including Suite, Word, and Excel

Computer literacy (previous office environment or or formal computer training required)

Ability to use the Copy, Fax, Postal Machine, and Scanner

Works well under pressure and ability to multi-task

Willingness to grow and learn within the position and company
