Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and contribute to the development of new financial products. Participate in training and professional development sessions to enhance knowledge of financial products and customer service practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle stress and remain composed under pressure In-depth understanding of financial services and products Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (preferred but not required)
