Job Description Job Description Civil Engineering Student Internship - Surface Water Engineering Group Location: Denver, Colorado Looking to gain real-world civil engineering experience while still in school? Bohannan Huston is seeking a Student Intern to join our Surface Water Engineering Group in Denver, Colorado. This is a hands-on opportunity to apply what you're learning in the classroom to real projects that make a difference. What You'll Learn & Do You'll work alongside experienced engineers and assist with: Hydrologic and hydraulic analysis GIS data analysis Stormwater and green stormwater infrastructure design and drafting Quantity calculations and construction cost estimating Project documentation and technical report writing Who Should Apply This role is a great fit if you: Are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Have a 3.0 GPA or higher Have strong written and verbal communication skills Are organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Are eager to learn, accept feedback, and improve your skills Enjoy problem-solving and working as part of a team Why You'll Love This Internship Hands-on experience with real engineering projects Mentorship from professional engineers Exposure to surface water and stormwater design Resume-building experience before graduation Supportive, team-oriented work environment What We Offer Training, support and learning opportunities.
