Solutions, Inc . is a full-service HVAC/R contractor in both the
residential and commercial industries in the Cheyenne, Laramie,
Wyoming and Northern Colorado area. We are locally owned/operated
and have been in business for over 20 years. Advanced Comfort
Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Sheet Metal Fabrication Technician
(with Welding Experience) to join our team. As a Fabrication
Technician, you will be responsible for producing high-quality
products using various fabrication techniques, experience in
fabrication and a strong attention to detail and welding experience
is an absolute plus. If you are a Sheet Metal Fabrication

opportunities for growth within our company! Job Duties: Operate
and maintain fabrication equipment and tools. Read and interpret
technical drawings and blueprints. Measure and cut materials to the
required specifications. Weld, grind, and polish materials to
create finished products, welding would be approximately 25% of the
work. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality
standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment and
products. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other
projects / duties as requested. Requirements: High School Diploma
or equivalent. Proven experience as a Fabrication Technician or
similar role. Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques and
equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and
blueprints. Proficient in welding, grinding, and polishing
techniques. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Ability
to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and
problem-solving skills. Company Requirements: Must be legally
authorized to work in the US. Must be able to pass background check
and have a clean driving record for the past 5 years. Must be able
to work in a variety of conditions: noise, dust, heavy lifting,
repetitive motion, standing for long periods of time. Follow
company safety and PPE policies in performance of job duties.
