What You Will Do The Principal Program Controls Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Business Manager with business and financial responsibilities for a new contract expected to be awarded in May 2026. This position is Award Dependent. The Principal Program Controls Specialist will support and generate work products for various weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual routines including the following: Earned Value reporting, Baseline Planning and Development, Estimates at Completion (EACs), risk and opportunity development, financial forecasting, Short Range Outlook (SRO), Annual Operation Plan (AOP) and 5-year strategic planning. This position will not have any employee management responsibilities and will be an individual contributor role on the program. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience Experience consolidating and analyzing financial data sets Existing TS/SCI Security Clearance Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
