workforce. Our Manager of Outbound Sales Development leads a team
of sales development representatives focused on helping prospects
unlock their full potential in their efforts to attract, engage,
hire, and advance top talent. In this role, you will be provided
with the industry's leading tools as you support your team in
developing prospecting plans and driving qualified leads to our
Account Executive team. Equipped with your knowledge of the iCIMS
Talent Cloud, prospect research, customer case studies and success
stories, you will lead efforts to establish credibility and build
value based, persona driven sales plans to engage target
prospects.----This position will be covering the West
- Lead a team of 12-15 Outbound Sales
Development Representatives (OSDRs) responsible for generating
qualified sales leads for the Account Executive team.Work cross
functionally with sales partners to drive towards the ultimate goal
of generating revenue.Achieve plan goals for SQL/opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies and processes to support the
Outbound SDR team in delivering against individual and company
objectives.Work with Sr. Director, Sales Development to drive the
outbound forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes in line
with corporate objectives.Create a productive, results oriented and
rewarding team environment.Own Outbound SDR performance metrics and
KPIs.Proactively identify and address opportunities to improve ADE
performance, processes, people and technology.Assess process and
provide feedback to Sr. Director to improve opportunity creation
and win rates.Coach and mentor direct reports.Collaborate with
Sales Management and Inside Sales Trainer to determine training
needs and implement programs.Own talent management including
performance reviews and development plans.
- At least three years of sales experience, either generating new
logos or expanding within existing accounts.
- At least one year of experience managing a sales team.
- Experience building and tracking KPIs to ensure quota
- Consistent record of quota achievement.
- Proven leadership skills with experience building and growing
high performing teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales strategies, techniques,
processes and measurements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
