Summary:Provide leadership and project management with emphasis on
field support, route distribution, supply chain automation,
shipping systems, asset management, vendor governance and safety.
This position also provides second level customer support and
analysis in the areas of Sales Centers, Distribution Centers,
Bakeries and other locations in the field. This position has
responsibilities for projects and implementations of Business
Technology systems as well as upgrades in the field for both new
and existing facilities.IT experience is not required! We're on the
search for someone who is ambitious, self-starter, likes to travel,
enjoys meeting new people and learning new things. This person will
travel among different business units and explore issues with
technology.Key Job Responsibilities:Position RequirementsSupport
day to day business operations in the field.Project support as
needed for innovation and improvements.Relationship with vendors
and service providers to ensure on-time delivery of services and
continuous improvement.Responsible for second level DSD route
application and hardware troubleshooting including on-site support
when warranted.Work with Application Support teams to implement
workarounds for reported issues affecting the business.Help
identify training needs in the business on all supported
applications and systems.As necessary, provide on-site training
when it has been evaluated to be warranted and cost
justified.Recommends procedures and controls for problem prevention
in the business operations.Provides support for projects and
implementations in the field for new applications and new
systems.Provides second level on call after hours support.Perform
other duties as assigned.Flexible on locationPosition
Requirements:Key Behavioral Competencies:Strong oral and written
communications, interpersonal relations, organizational and
planning skills.Demonstrate working knowledge of the business and
understanding of the applications used.Ability to display tact and
diplomacy when assisting customers, co-workers, consultants and
vendors.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple,
concurrent and conflicting priorities and deadlines.Background in
the use and/or support of applications such as sales and
distribution systems.Proficient with Microsoft Office
preferred.Supports Grupo Bimbo's E5 Behaviors, and Diversity,
Equity & Belonging Strategies.100% travel requiredLocation of job
is flexible. Primary area of coverage West Business Unit Education
and Work History:5 - 7 years of experience in customer support
using business applications and interfacing with information
technology support.Bachelor's degree in the area of Business or
related preferred. A combination of education, training and
experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the
work may be substituted.Knowledge of ITIL best practices - ITIL
certification is a plus.The physical and mental demands described
