Job Description:
What You'll Do Manages existing client relationships with
moderate guidance by processing client requests, resolving client
inquiries, and making sure key client information is up to date
Schedules, prepares for, and facilitates presentations.
Presentations may include enrollment meetings, financial education
meetings, and plan reviews with the committee, etc. as requested by
the plan sponsor Works with Retirement Plan Advisor to provide
strategic recommendations & implementation of plan enhancements,
including but not limited to vendor selection & conversions, plan
design optimization, plan fee benchmarking, compliance oversight,
and investment due diligence Demonstrates knowledge concerning
ERISA laws & guidelines for the retirement plan industry Drives
client retention by delivering annual plan reviews and initiating
proactive client contact Promotes new products and services to plan
sponsors Engages in available training and educational
opportunities to stay current on the industry trends as well as
internal policies and procedures Supports and demonstrates IMA's
core values Values and understands the importance of diversity,
equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates You Should Have:
Bachelor's degree required 2+ years related experience in the
retirement plan industry required Life Insurance and Variable
Contracts licenses (required for group annuity products), required
to obtain within 30-90 days of hire, unless already licensed
Attains and maintains FINRA Series 7 & 66 (S63 & S65 acceptable as
well) strongly preferred AIF designation is preferred Limited
travel required (less than 25%) Intermediate MS Office products
required (specifically PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel) This

is $70,000-$95,000. While this is the targeted range, final offer
amounts will depend on a variety of factors, including the
candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, and
