Job Description:

Join our healthcare team as a Registered Nurse, contributing to quality patient care and team collaboration.
Provide holistic nursing care to help patients achieve optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Assess patient needs, revise care plans, and oversee daily clinical activities, including supervision of CNAs and LPNs.
Requirements include a nursing diploma, active RN license, CPR certification, and preferred 1+ year skilled nursing experience.
Responsibilities involve implementing departmental policies, delivering excellent patient service, and working effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
