unit(s): Number of Beds - 20 Number of Staff 40 Type of staff: Day
Shift 1 charge nurse and 5 nurses, 3 techs Night Shift 1 charge
nurse and 5 nurses, 2 techs Patient Ratios 1:4, charge free of
patients -Estimated ratios, not guaranteed Type of equipment Vents,
Feeding Pumps, IV Pumps, Wound Vacs, Specialty beds, Suction, Chest
Tubes EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most
recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have:
candidates without these skills will not be considered for the
role. BLS Ability to manage chest tubes, trauma patients, trachs,
suction Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills
