Interventional Radiology Location: Englewood, CO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,445 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/19/2026 About the Position Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist Profession: Rad Tech Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10.5 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Not specified Certifications: Not specified Must-Have: Candidates with less than 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience will not be considered for the role. Candidates unable to take call will not be considered. Description: This is a travel position for an Interventional Radiology Technologist. The unit has 5 interventional radiology suites and a staff of 28. The team includes 1 charge RN, 5 RNs, 1 manager, and 10 IR techs, with night shift call teams available. The patient ratio is 1 patient per RN and 2 techs. The equipment used includes 4 Siemens Bi-plane systems and 1 Siemens Single plane, with EMR software Meditech and GE Centricity PACS. Preferred candidates will have neuro IR experience and VI registry. Typical procedures performed include neuro interventions for stroke, stent/coil placements, vasospasm, trauma embolization, chemo embolization, and SIR Sphere embolizations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, a quick learner, and takes initiative without being told. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced department within a level I trauma center recognized as a Comprehensive Stroke Center. It is a great place to hone your skills alongside a high-performing team. The team includes top neuro-interventional radiologists and a renowned vascular malformation program led by an internationally known physician. There are plans to install the latest Siemens Biplane technology in a new I.R. suite, which has recently received FDA approval.
