CT Tech Location: Littleton, CO Agency: AMN Healthcare Allied Pay: $2,362 to $2,433 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 19 Weeks Start Date: 3/17/2026 About the Position Job Description & Requirements Computed Tomography Technologist - (CT Tech) StartDate: 3/17/2026 Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $2362.00 - $2433.00 All rad tech's must have (by start date) their own markers and utilize them while on assignment at any CHCO location Children’s Hospital Colorado – South Campus (Highlands Ranch) Position: CT Technologist – Multi-Modality XR/CT (Dual Modality Tech) Assignment Length: 13 Weeks Weekend & On-Call Requirements • Weekend Shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday • On-Call: Every 5th weekend (subject to change based on departmental needs) Float Requirement: None Minimum Qualifications • Graduate of an accredited Radiology program • Certifications Required: ? ARRT (R) – Radiologic Technologist ? ARRT (CT) – Computed Tomography Technologist ? BLS – American Heart Association • At least 3 years of imaging experience, must have pediatric experience • Skilled in high-quality pediatric diagnostic imaging • Familiar with ALARA principles and radiation safety • Proficient in CT physics, dose reduction, and Image Gently Campaign • Experienced with IV placement, vascular access, and managing extravasation Job Responsibilities • Produce diagnostic-quality imaging showing accurate anatomy and pathology • Prioritize and manage patient flow, including urgent and STAT cases • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members • Maintain competence with RIS, EMR, and PACS systems • Administer contrast safely; verify clinical necessity prior to administration • Comply with quality and safety programs (e.g., The Joint Commission, ACR) FLOAT: Client reserves the right to float or reassign Personnel to other areas of practice within their clinical competence to fulfill the scheduled guaranteed hours and within thirty-five (35) miles of their originally assigned facility (unless otherwise agreed to in such Personnel’s individual assignment confirmation). Additional Information • New travelers will be considered • On-call responsibilities may vary by location • Must work at least 20% of scheduled shifts in secondary radiology modalities • No RTO will be approved during the first two weeks of the assignment Flu Vaccine Policy: Medical/religious exemptions accepted. Required Qualifications CT Technologist, Computed Tomography Experience: 3 years Certifications: CTTECH-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed); R-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed) On Call: Required to be on call minimum of 6 shifts per schedule period (8 week rotations) Float: Client reserves the right to float or reassign Personnel to other areas of practice within their clinical competence to fulfill the scheduled guaranteed hours and within thirty-five (35) miles of their originally assigned facility (unless otherwise agreed to in such Personnel’s individual assignment confirmation).
