Primary focus will be individual therapy services (in-person and telehealth), with the potential for some couples, family, and group therapy services. Benefits: Ellie Mental Health offers a competitive & customizable compensation plan, wellness program and professional development Autonomy based on your own scheduling needs and your own client preferences, to include Saturdays and three weekdays HOURLY pay; $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Paid supervision, case consultation, and documentation time Unlimited paid time-off policy (holidays and vacation) and accrued sick hours Healthcare benefits (with employer contribution), Dental & Vision Insurance option 401k option Ellie CEUs Reimbursement for clinical license application and/or renewal Independence in a tight-knit, supportive, and transparent team environment Minimal billing or insurance tasks Credentialing completed by Contracting & Credentialing Team Responsibilities and Duties: Under the clinical supervision and guidance of the Clinic Director, evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy Full-time therapists maintain 25-30 client sessions per week Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings Qualifications and Skills: Candidates are required to have a masters degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college/university Candidates should hold a valid State of Colorado mental health professional licensure or provisional licensure (e.g., LCSW, LSW, SWC, LPC, LPCC, LMFT) Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, comfort with fee collection & insurance benefits at time of service, and willingness to improve mental health documentation skills Some experience with, or willingness to learn, completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes Preferred experience with pre-teens, teens, and adults Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
