Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cardiovascular Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 03/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel SHIFT : 4*10 Days Job Description : - - Provides technical support in the cardiac catheterization laboratory during invasive cardiovascular procedures. - Provides technical support during invasive cardiovascular procedures. - Provides patient care under the supervision of the RN. - Assists physicians in radiological imaging of cardiac and vascular procedures, acts as scrub assistant, maintaining sterile conditions during clinical procedures. - Operates imaging equipment and works in the control room monitoring and documenting procedure images and events. - Educates patients and families regarding the procedure and about the expectations of the procedure. - Teaches patient and family about pre and post procedure physical conditions. - Assists in maintaining order and cleanliness of the unit. - Maintains appropriate stock levels for complex interventions and diagnostic procedures. - Completes daily, progress and discharge documentation according to departmental standards. Accurately documents productivity information.
