UCHealth, a renowned Colorado-based nonprofit health care system, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Units (ICU) as a Regional Float for night shifts. This position provides a unique opportunity to work across various locations, offering high-quality, compassionate care to critical patients. As an RN in this role, you will be required to adapt to different ICU settings, ensuring continuity and the highest standards of patient care irrespective of location. Provide direct nursing care in a diverse range of ICU settings across the healthcare system. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Adjust to the dynamics of different ICU environments while maintaining high standards of care. Administer medications, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in professional development and mentorship of nursing peers. Strong clinical skills in a critical care setting Excellent adaptability to changing environments Proficient in using medical software and clinical documentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Capability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Colorado BLS Certification ACLS Certification CCRN Certification is preferred but not required
