Monitor patient reactions and adjust treatments as necessary. Record patient stats and treatment data in medical files. Educate patients and their families on kidney disease management and diet restrictions. Work collaboratively with physicians, dialysis technicians, and other healthcare professionals. Proficiency in operating dialysis machines and emergency equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work long hours, often standing up, and handle physical and emotional stress. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Colorado. Certification in nephrology nursing preferred.
