This role requires a combination of clinical expertise in neonatal care, compassion, and a profound understanding of early childhood development. Provide direct and individualized nursing care to newborns Monitor vital signs of infants and report any significant changes to the healthcare team Educate and support mothers and families post-delivery Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider Coordinate with multi-disciplinary team members to ensure both the health and safety of infants Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records of nursing assessments and care Participate in professional development and research, staying updated with advancements in neonatal care Strong clinical skills in neonatal care Proficient in using medical software for patient care management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to make quick and precise decisions under pressure Empathetic and compassionate caregiver Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of Colorado Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
