Job Description:

services, is seeking a dedicated Adult Mental Health Nurse to join
our compassionate team of professionals. In this role, you will be
integral in providing expert care and support to adults struggling
with mental health conditions across our diverse network of
facilities. This position offers the opportunity to work in a
dynamic environment where patient care is tailored to individual
needs, promoting both mental and physical wellbeing. Assess and
plan nursing care requirements and develop detailed care plans.
Provide professional nursing care while adhering to ethical and
regulatory standards. Work alongside psychiatrists, therapists, and
other medical professionals to deliver integrated care. Monitor
patient progress and respond to changes in patient conditions.
Support patients and their families to understand conditions and
treatments. Advocate for mental health awareness and maintain
up-to-date knowledge of treatment practices. Strong clinical skills
in mental health nursing Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Proficient in the use of medical software for patient care
management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license Certified Psychiatric
Nurse (CPN) is advantageous CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification
