Job Description:

join our Acute Care Hospital Float Pool. This vital role supports
various departments by providing top-notch nursing care tailored to
patient needs across different units within our hospitals. This
position offers a unique opportunity to gain diverse experience and
specialize in multiple clinical areas, enhancing your nursing
skills and knowledge in a supportive environment committed to
innovation and excellence. Provide comprehensive nursing care to
patients in various units depending on staffing needs. Assess,
plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with
the multidisciplinary team. Administer medications and treatments
as prescribed and monitor patients' response. Educate patients and
families on health care and disease management. Maintain patient
records and document all care provided efficiently. Participate in
ongoing professional development and in-service training. Strong
clinical skills in a variety of acute care settings Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt quickly in
a dynamic environment Proficient in using medical software and
patient care technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license valid in Colorado
or a compact state. BLS/CPR certification required. ACLS
certification preferred.
