Active Colorado Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in outpatient settings preferred. Ability to perform 60-minute initial evaluations and 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions as per clinic workflow. Familiarity with electronic medical record documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry. Demonstrated competence in safe patient handling and materials handling procedures. Current professional liability coverage as required by clinic policy. Preferred: experience supervising students and providing clinical education. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient. Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule. Typical Week: 40 hours per week.
