Job Description:
Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has partnered with
our client in hiring for a full time Client Success Manager
position working for our client in Downtown Denver, CO. A summary
of the position details includes:
Responsibilities:
Primary contact for onboarding new customers, provide support post
go-live
Work with Project Management, Technical, and Operations team to set
up software platform per customers' requests.
Provide feedback based on customers inquires for product and
service improvements
Qualifications:
3+ years of SAAS experience
Experience building and maintaining relationships, while working to
drive engagement and mitigate client churn.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
Empathetic, positive, self-driven attitude with a desire to help
our customers reach their goals
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts at $20.00 an hour. Your
actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills,
knowledge and abilities including work experience.
