The Pinery Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic and safety-conscious Swim Instructor to join our aquatics team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality swim instruction to members of all ages and skill levels in a positive, engaging, and professional manner. The ideal candidate is dependable, friendly, and passionate about teaching water safety and swimming techniques in a private club setting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct group and private swim lessons for children and adults Develop and follow structured lesson plans based on skill levels and goals Ensure the safety of all swimmers by maintaining vigilant supervision and enforcing pool rules Communicate progress and feedback with parents and participants Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pool environment Assist with swim team practices, special events, or clinics as needed Serve as a positive role model and uphold the club’s values and standards of member service Qualifications: Previous swim instruction experience preferred Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding (WSI certification is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for working with children and families Pay Range: $14.81 - $26.00 Arcis Golf provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
