Job Duties and Responsibilities



Commercial Negotiations The Program Manager will manage and coordinate the various commercial agreements between the DISH Product team and external vendors and third-party partners. He/She/They will work cross-functionally with product management, vendors, legal, and other commercial stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation of all agreements.



In this role, you will:

Create and improve the process to manage contracts and agreements between DISH and various vendors
Establish and build relationships with legal teams, product teams, commercial teams, and vendors to properly capture commercial terms
Understand key business issues and leverage them into appropriate negotiations with vendors;
Efficiently track the status of all agreements ensuring minimal delays and gaps to established process of execution
Ensure timely and accurate execution of agreements with proper documentation of forward proof of performance needs
Prepare negotiation strategies by tracking and prioritizing the needs of DISH and our vendors
Vendors interactions with Google, Samsung, Motorola, and other OEM device partners


Skills, Experience and Requirements



A Successful Commercial Negotiations Program Manager will have:



Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
Three or more years of relevant work experience with a deep knowledge of vendor management, contract management, paralegal work, etc.
Ability to identify key risks and leverage points, highlighting them to management for appropriate negotiations
Strong business acumen
The ability to play an influential role on multiple teams to ensure the full benefit to DISH


Salary Range

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
