Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Denver, Colorado. In
this role, you will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot
hardware and software issues, and ensure seamless functionality of
desktop systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who

technical support. Responsibilities: • Provide timely and effective
technical support to resolve desktop-related issues for users. •
Manage and maintain desktop hardware, ensuring all workstations
operate efficiently. • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with
Microsoft Windows 10 systems. • Administer and support Active
Directory to manage user accounts and permissions. • Perform
desktop imaging and deployment processes for new workstations. •
Ensure all systems are up-to-date with necessary patches and
updates. • Collaborate with other IT teams to address complex
technical issues. • Document and track support requests,
maintaining clear records of resolutions. • Train and guide users
on best practices for utilizing desktop systems effectively.•
Proven experience in desktop support, with strong knowledge of PC
workstations. • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Active
Directory. • Solid understanding of desktop hardware components and
their maintenance. • Expertise in Microsoft Windows 10, including
configuration and troubleshooting. • Hands-on experience with
desktop imaging and deployment. • Ability to work independently and
manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving
skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills to
interact with users and team members effectively.
