work from home in Englewood, CO Our client seeks a Client Success
Manager to drive the vision and execution of Operational Analytics
& Innovations products and services. The role aligns development
team outputs to strategic goals, monitors adherence, and reports
progress to objectives. It requires stakeholder collaboration,
process definition, and clear presentation of insights that improve
sales performance across call center operations. Due to client
requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2
basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package

company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $30.00 to $38.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities: Responsibilities Lead discussion and calibration
sessions to align on product requests and expected outcomes. Plan
and execute stakeholder product requests with continuous alignment
to objectives. Assist, train, and lead product rollout plans. Build
and maintain business relationships with internal clients and
stakeholders. Understand customer needs and participate in
brainstorming solutions that support company goals. Promote
products and services to drive adoption and performance.
Collaborate with business partners to collect and interpret data,
identifying trends and actionable insights. Develop and implement
success metrics and end-to-end processes to improve client
outcomes. Present findings and recommendations clearly to
stakeholders and call center leadership. Document processes and
maintain accurate records using Microsoft 365 tools. Manage product
intake workflows using JIRA. Support cross-functional projects to
ensure alignment with organizational goals. Experience
Requirements: Experience Requirements 3 to 5 years in client
services or a related role. Ability to ramp up within 90 days and
adapt to organizational processes. Strong spoken and written
communication skills with the ability to present complex
information clearly. Proven experience creating success metrics and
managing processes end to end. Proficiency with JIRA for product
intake. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 for documentation and
collaboration. Background in project management and stakeholder
management. Telecom industry experience (preferred). CRM or
training experience (preferred). Enterprise-level experience
