Responsibilities:

--- Represent and grow your own caseload (particularly complex cases) to continue your practice as an attorney
--- Oversee law office operations including establishing the law firm structure, communicating and enforcing team values, and contributing to strategic business decisions to achieve our overall company goals
--- Handle the financial strategy of the law firm by monitoring the monthly budget, distributing funds across the company, anticipating requirements and trends, and evaluating the results - making any necessary changes
--- Build up the credibility of the law firm to the community by planning, organizing, and speaking at events such as webinars, media events, marketing initiatives, etc.
--- Make sure that our legal team is providing the highest level of client service by evaluating their quality and productivity and making recommendations for improvement
--- Works under the general direction of the Owner but has a broad degree of discretion with respect to control of cases.
--- Manages own caseload.
--- Willingness to jump in and help with cases when team members leave or when we are short-staffed.

Qualifications:

--- Supervisory experience, as well as decision- making and public speaking experience are a must
--- Superior proficiency in reviewing reports, budgets, and advanced computer skills
--- Great leadership, relationship building, process improvement, and communication skills are needed in this role
--- Four-year bachelor's degree, along with a three-year law degree from an accredited law school
--- At least 5 years of experience as an attorney


About Company:
This job is full-time.

Saturday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Sunday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

3 days out of the week, the hours will be from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
