This unique role will provide an opportunity to work on a multitude of complex pre-litigation cases, offering an exciting and challenging environment. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a passion for justice, a strong understanding of the legal system, and an unwavering commitment to serving our diverse client base. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Pre-Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 1. Managing a caseload of pre-litigation cases from inception to resolution. 2. Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs. 3. Attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances, representing our clients effectively and professionally. 4. Negotiating settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies on behalf of our clients. 5. Communicating regularly with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their cases and addressing their questions and concerns. 6. Collaborating with our legal team to develop case strategies and ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications: 1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing. 3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, specifically in pre-litigation. 4. Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. 5. Demonstrated experience in attending depositions, legal mediation, hearings, and court appearances. 6. In-depth knowledge of plaintiff representation. 7. Excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of successful case resolution. 8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members. 9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. 10. Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and work effectively under pressure.
