Job Description Job Description Litigation Attorney- Construction Defect Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney specializing in Construction Defect cases to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil litigation and a strong understanding of construction defect claims. This role involves representing clients in complex legal matters, providing expert legal counsel, and advocating for their interests in court. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in construction defect litigation cases from inception to resolution Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs, motions, and other legal documents Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution methods Attend court hearings, trials, and depositions as needed Collaborate with clients, experts, and other attorneys to build strong cases Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to construction defect claims Provide strategic legal advice to clients regarding their cases and potential outcomes Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong negotiation and communication skills Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in CO Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation with a focus on construction defect cases Strong knowledge of construction law and defect claims Benefits Full Benefits, including but not limited to: SALARY: $100-120k/Yr Health insurance dental insurance long-term disability, term life and AD&D vision insurance short-term disability dependent care/medical FSA, medical HSA, additional group accident, and voluntary individual and family term life, AD&D 401(k) retirement - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
