This position will be in office 95% of the time, with occasional travel in Colorado to meet with clients that require additional in person assistance. Job Description : · Act as the first legal point of contact for people in need. · Advise the intake department on processes, procedures, and compliance, · Speak with potential clients on legal questions related to their case and occasionally visit with potential clients in person to gather additional information. · Work with our intake agents and investigators to identify, clarify, and evaluate new personal injury and workers’ compensation cases and identify potential conflicts of interest · Use your legal judgment to make real-time case acceptance decisions on behalf of the law firm · Evaluate process and advise the intake department on legal issues · Provide clear, compassionate consultation to help clients understand their rights This role is fast-paced, intellectually engaging, and critically important—but once your day ends, so does your responsibility.
