Celebration Chevrolet is seeking a Production Manager to join our dynamic service shop team. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee daily operations to ensure the highest level of service and efficiency for our customers. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the production process within the service department, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. Ensure all safety, quality control, and compliance standards are met. Monitor operational efficiency, productivity, and throughput to meet customer demands and deadlines. Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely vehicle repairs. Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues quickly and effectively. Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance production processes. Requirements: Proven experience in production management or a similar role, preferably in a service shop or automotive environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of safety protocols, quality control, and process optimization. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience with production scheduling software or similar tools is a plus. Why Join Us?
