Job Description:
As a Maintenance Electrician at Cargill, you will be a part of a
global team dedicated to preserving the integrity and efficiency of
our food processing operations. In this role, you will maintain and
repair a wide range of electrical systems and machinery, ensuring
that production targets and safety standards are consistently met.
You will play a key role in supporting Cargill's mission to nourish
and sustain the global community by upholding our commitment to
produce safely, efficiently, and reliably. Perform routine and
emergency maintenance and repairs on all electrical equipment.
Troubleshoot issues with electrical systems and PLC programming.
Ensure compliance with national safety codes and internal
regulations. Collaborate with the maintenance team to enhance
system performance. Keep detailed records of all maintenance work.
Proficient in PLCs and industrial control systems. Strong
problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in high-speed
manufacturing. Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
Able to read and interpret technical documents and electrical
schematics. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Valid electrician's license. Safety
certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-hour).
