ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Timely dispatching of requests from customers for traffic control division to field personnel.* Interacts with all customers and co-workers in a professional, helpful and friendly manner.* Ability to assist customers in determining the appropriate traffic set-up for their particular job when they are unsure.* Communicate with customers to obtain required information such as work order and release numbers for billing.* Communicate with other Q3 division crew Foreman daily on upcoming orders/jobs/projects.* Communicate with customers on a daily basis for new orders, resets or teardowns.* Responsible for entry of new orders, completion and invoicing functions and thorough maintenance of Barricade program in various computer systems.* Responsible for paperwork and billing of traffic control division work orders and verifying for completeness and accuracy, when applicable.* Comprehensive understanding of various divisions within each customer for accurate distribution of invoices.Job Requirements:* Typing skills to net 40 WPM. * 10-key accuracy and attention to detail is required* Previous Dispatch and CAD /reading traffic plans experience preferred.* High School Diploma or equivalent* One year customer service skills required* Two years clerical or administrative experience required* Excellent analytical and organizational skills* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* English required - Spanish a plusQ3 Contracting is a drug-free environment and all candidates are subject to drug testing.Q3 Contracting provides competitive market pay, with a comprehensive benefit package that includes:* Medical, Dental and Vision insurance* 401(k) with Generous Company Match* Company-paid Disability Insurance* Company-paid Life Insurance* Paid Holidays* Paid Vacation & Sick TimeQualified veterans, minorities and women are encouraged to apply.
