Sound like a team you would like to be a part of? Complete an application today! Position Summary:Responsible for sales administration for all product lines. Essential Job Functions:

  • Receipt equipment and attachments into inventory
  • Review and process sales packages to include invoicing to customers and auction companieso Inbox management, Write Ups and Prep worko Bookkeeping and Balancing Costs on machineso Invoicing new C&F and CCE equipment
    • Manage settlement WIP report for necessary follow up and completion of sales
    • Post vendor A/P invoices to inventory (close Aestiva PO as necessary)o including other vendor attachments and adjusted John Deere attachments
      • Monitor and manage daily activity/machine movement in DIT system (Event Report, etc.)
      • Maintain inventory records in EQUIP (Cat/SubCat, etc.)
      • Manage inquiries about pending units from factory
      • Send out Order Status and Base Units by Status Reports weekly
      • Work closely with other Sales Admin to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
      • Special projects as required
      • Additional duties as assigned

        • Associates degree preferred but not required
        • Three (3) years administration or related experience, some accounting preferred
        • Intermediate computer and applications skills required
        • Well organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
        • Excellent teamwork and communication skillsWork Environment:Office Compensation:$23.00-$25.00 DOE PM20
