Job Description We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team!You will be responsible for helping aid us with the selling of Auto Glass. We would like our candidate to be a team player and have the desire to grow the company. We are locally owned and operated business. Hours of employment will be 8am-4pm Monday- Friday. Rotating Saturdays. Starting pay is $16 to $18 We are located 1 mile north of I70 & Quebec. Basic computer skill required.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries
• Provideinformation about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolveproduct issues and concerns
• Document and updatecustomer records based oninteractions
• Develop and maintain a knowledgebase of the evolving products and services Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
