be employed/located in either Commerce City, CO or Salt Lake City,
UT, dependent on qualified candidate.Position Summary:This position
coordinates rental return repair and maintenance operations to
ensure a positive customer experience as well as minimize
unrecovered expenses for the company. This individual assesses
machine inspector reports to determine necessary level of repair
and maintenance to be completed as well as determines appropriate
responsible party and lead communication efforts to internal and
external stakeholders.Essential Functions:Communicate with yard
coordinators and machine inspectors immediately upon notification
of machine damage via Dealer Inventory Tracking (DIT).Request and
Review Rental Return Inspection forms within 48 Hours of machine
return to Honnen facility.Coordinate repairs with service
department under the discretion of Inventory Manager or Director of
Sales.Communicate with local Honnen service departments to
facilitate accurate and comprehensive customer damage quotations
within 72 hours.Communicate with Territory Managers and customers
and in a professional manner explaining damage and creating
supporting communication with photos. Monitor and approve all
rental fleet non-damage internal rental return work
orders.Coordinate Rental Damage and Periodic Maintenance billing
direction via the Rental Billing Admin to include accurate
allocation by branch and line of business.Periodically assist Sales
Management in Rental Expense audits.Serve as DIT internal resource
for trouble shooting and communication for Yard personnel and Sales
and Rental Coordinators.Requires excellent written, verbal and
organizational skills needed for drafting reports, maintaining
records, handling multiple units and customers. Investigative
skills for tracking and analyzing, damage and repair
solutions.Reports that track all damage by model, serial#, invoiced
amount, payments and repairs paid by all stakeholders (customers,
service departments, rental department) etc. Qualifications:5+
years of industry experienceAdvanced technical proficiencies to
include the service/repair of equipment in the construction
industry.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Solid organizational,
problem solving and follow-up skillsIntermediate proficiency with
Outlook, Microsoft Office, Dealer Business SystemOutgoing,
energetic and results driven personality requiredPhysical Effort:
Generally not required. Compensation: Base Salary and bonus
eligible. Dependent on location, will discuss in interview.
