Production Manager to lead the second-shift team of up to 80 employees.



This is a "hands-on" second- shift Production Manager key leadership role where you will use your skills and expertise to "Drive Transformational Change"

Key Responsibilities:

- Reporting to the Plant Manager and coordinating with other shift managers the Production Manager will drive daily production operations with a focus on quality, inventory, scheduling, maintenance, and safety.

- Heavy emphasis on leading "Continuous Improvement" initiatives and Lean Manufacturing processes.

- Lead the introduction of new products, product modifications, and product extensions.

- Use your "builder" mindset to take ownership of the entire Production Operations, consistently challenging the process to instill necessary changes for improving production output and greater efficiencies.



Qualifications & Requirements:

- 3-5+ years of Production leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.

- Experienced in Lean practices such as Kaizen, 5S, Lean Workplace, and Visual Tools.

- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred but will consider work experience in lieu of.

- Forklift Certification

- The salary range for this position is anticipated to be from $80,000 to $90,000 annually.
