Job Description:

* This is a REMOTE positionThe Business Analyst position reports directly to Manager of Business Analytics and will work with business stakeholders to identify and understand the core business objectives, analyze inefficient processes, and recommend solutions that support and advance those objectives, improving productivity. The role will use the existing processes to collect and consume data as well as penetrate deep into operations to research root causes and help create SWOTs, etc. in areas that are marked for improvement.The Business Analyst position will require travel to locations as needed and may be asked to present results to teams in several layers within the organization.Job Responsibilities---Immediate focus will be on monitoring and analyzing performance metrics that impact the project margin, thus ultimately affecting operating income---Researching business problems, where manager and team will help create SWOT's, mind maps, and conduct brainstorming sessions to identify root issues and create a quantitative scenario based on process/tool improvements---Building and maintaining segment, region, operational key performance indicators, regularly communicating to the key stakeholders to impact decisions---Lead any research or data-based initiatives within the segment, ensuring consistent and relevant information is communicated---Create business cases & what-if scenarios--- Coordinates the workflow in the Business Analyst team and assigns projects and priorities as neededQualifications---4-year degree or equivalent work experience---3-5 years of business analytics experience---Demonstrated working experience with Microsoft Office Suite specifically strong knowledge on Microsoft Excel.---Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)---Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication and collaboration skills---Analytical techniques with modeling, mapping, diagramming, analyzing, charting, benchmarking---Construction background (desired but not required)EEO Statement: We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Third Party Agency Notice: Primoris will not accept any unsolicited resumes from any third-party recruiting agencies either domestic or international.
