Job Description:
Multi-family & Commercial Sales Representative
The Construction Sales Executive is a demanding and rewarding sales
position within Endeavor Exteriors. This is an experienced
professional-level sales position and a strong history of sales
success is required. We also require construction sales experience,
as you will be focusing on selling exterior renovation and new
construction projects including; roofing, siding, stucco, stone &
brick veneer, windows, painting, and gutters on multi-family and
commercial buildings.
The Construction Sales Executive is a dynamic role that requires a
team-based mentality. You will be chiefly responsible for producing
quality leads but will also be working with our Preconstruction and
Operations teams to service and close these leads. This activity
will be documented in the Endeavor Salesforce platform on a daily
basis. You will be managing a pipeline of clients with an average
sales cycle of 3-12 months.
Salary: $80,000 base salary + Commission, 2% of Own Sales**
Benefits: 401(k), Medical, Dental, and Vision for full-time
employees (eligible at 60 days)
Responsibilities:
--- Maintaining a customer database with accurate and up-to-date
information (Salesforce)
--- Lead generation efforts (cold calling, public RFP platforms,
industry organizations/events)
--- Pre-qualifying prospects
--- On-site inspections
--- On-screen takeoffs
--- Creating and sending estimates & proposals (in collaboration
with the Preconstruction Team)
--- Contract negotiation
--- Strong follow up
--- Use of advanced sales techniques and concepts
--- Daily communication with the Director of Preconstruction
Qualifications:
--- 3-5+ years of construction-specific sales experience
--- Highly proficient in exterior building systems (primarily
roofing, siding, windows, and painting)
--- Strong public speaking skills
--- Construction estimating experience
--- On-screen takeoff experience
--- Ability to read architectural plans
--- Highly proficient in Google Suite applications (primarily
Google Sheets & Docs)
--- Very strong personal and professional habits
--- Very strong verbal and written communication
--- Very strong time management skills
--- Very strong organizational skills
--- Extremely resourceful
--- Strong technology comprehension
--- Driver's license with a clean driving record
--- Flexible working hours (days/nights)
