Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Review and process sales packages to include invoicing to customers and auction companies
  • Inbox management, Write Ups and Prep work
  • Invoicing attachments, used, lifting and road building equipment
  • Receipt equipment and attachments into inventory
  • Manage Settlement WIP Report for necessary follow up and completion of sales
  • Monitor and manage daily activity/machine movement in DIT system
    • Event Report
    • Send out Order Activity Report 2x / week
    • Post vendor A/P invoices to inventory (close Aestiva PO as necessary)
    • including factory freight and John Deere stock-numbered attachments
    • Maintain inventory records in EQUIP (Cat/SubCat, etc.)
    • Process A/P transportation invoices for inventory
    • Work closely with other Sales Admin to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
    • Special projects as required
    • Additional duties as assigned


      EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
      • Associates degree preferred but not required
        • Three (3) years administration or related experience
          • Intermediate computer and applications skills required
            • Well organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
