Complete an application today!Position Summary: Responsible for sales administration for all product lines.Essential Job Functions: Receipt equipment and attachments into inventory Review and process sales packages to include invoicing to customers and auction companies o Inbox management, Write Ups and Prep worko Bookkeeping and Balancing Costs on machineso Invoicing new C&F and CCE equipment Manage settlement WIP report for necessary follow up and completion of sales Post vendor A/P invoices to inventory (close Aestiva PO as necessary)o including other vendor attachments and adjusted John Deere attachments Monitor and manage daily activity/machine movement in DIT system (Event Report, etc.) Maintain inventory records in EQUIP (Cat/SubCat, etc.) Manage inquiries about pending units from factory Send out Order Status and Base Units by Status Reports weekly Work closely with other Sales Admin to ensure timely and accurate invoicing Special projects as required Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Associates degree preferred but not required Three (3) years administration or related experience, some accounting preferredIntermediate computer and applications skills requiredWell organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Excellent teamwork and communication skillsWork Environment:Office Compensation: $23.00-$25.00 DOE PM20PI181446116
